Lorefy Channel Partner (Franchisee) Program:

2. What do I receive when I register as an Lorefy OEM partner?

20/50/100/500/1000 Licenses of Lorefy on SAAS Model. Rights for Re-branding and Re-sale of Lorefy Licenses in your region. Online product training for 10 man-hours. Professional Services for 10 man-hours Exclusive hosted Demo of Lorefy till you associated with us. Customization as per client need on very reasonable cost.

4. What is the pricing for Training?

Online product training is free for the first 10 hours. After the first 10 hours, online training will be chargeable.

5. What is the pricing for Technical Support?

L1 support during Lorefy office hours (9.00 to 18.00 IST Monday to Friday) will be free of cost for all clients who are paying the subscription/AMC L2 and L3 technical support services will be treated as professional services. The listed price for professional services is depend on number of licenses buy. But for registered partners. Lorefy will bear 40% of the professional services cost, so the net pricing for OEM partners will be very reasonable.

6. What is the pricing for Development?

The listed price for professional services is varied according to features may be free or little as much like buy a cup of Coffee. But for registered OEM partners. Lorefy will bear 40% of the professional services cost, so the net pricing for OEM partners will be very reasonable.

7. How do we provide after-sales support to Schools?

As the product will be re-sale, a re-sale Support system will be created for you and support will be provided by Lorefy team.

8. How will Data import be priced?

First time data upload in Beta it’s free. Afterwards Data-import will be priced per record. The per-record price will vary for each client.

9. How will you train our team?

After partnering with us Lorefy team will provide you with 10 hours of online technical and marketing training.

10. Do you have cloud hosted version of Lorefy?

No, right now its run own Dedicated Servers but we will soon be launching our cloud hosted version.

11. Where can Lorefy be hosted?

The SAAS based version of Lorefy can be hosted on the our server OR on the partner's server.

12. How will you update the SAAS based online version of Lorefy?

The self-hosted SAAS based version of Lorefy will only be eligible for patches and updates relating to bug-fixes. Incremental upgrades and version releases can be added only to installations of the stock version of Lorefy which has no customizations.

13. Who will the IP owner be?

All products IP related to Lorefy will always be owned by KGN Consultancy Services (Our Parent Company). If the client requires the IP of the custom product to be transferred to him, then he will have to make a one-time advance payment.

14. How many schools can be added to a single License of Lorefy?

ONE; Each Lorefy license is for a single school only.

15. Can I decide on the price of Lorefy?

Yes, all Lorefy partners can freely price Lorefy as they see fit. The product will be available to the partner at a fixed cost as long as he is an existing partner.

16. I have to pay renewals Lorefy?

Yes, all Lorefy partners pay same amount as renewals. The product will be available to the partner at a fixed renewal cost as long as he is an paying existing partner.
